Job Description : handling data and file processing work pertaining to insurance claims , accounting etc ( purely non voice work ) ...or handling customer calls for service requests or collections ( purely voice based )
ELIGIBILITY Graduates ( Any Stream),, excellent to average command on English Language .
Selection Process The candidates will be required to take a written test to assess their basic logic and reasoning . Post that there would be a prsonal interview as well . Depending on the candidates's assessent , the exact job profile ( voice or non voce ) would be assigned . Adequate training would also be provided to the candidates post selection .
